"I contacted State Farm on Riddell Road, and had the pleasure of being connected to Tracy. Tracy patiently listened to the issues my siblings and I were confronted with after our mother passed away. She shared that she too had suffered the loss of a parent and quickly explained what steps were necessary to keep the home insured (we changed from another insurance company to State Farm). After gathering all of the required info, Tracy summarized the features of the policy and the cost. It was more than reasonable. Our needs were exceeded and Tracy is exceptional in every aspect! "I’ve had State Farm for a little over 4 years and am very pleased with my rates and how the agent handles my account. Sometimes I need things last minute and Sheila goes above and beyond to get me what I need and she’s always so pleasant even if I’m needing documentation last minute. It’s always, “yes, I can do that” or “not a problem, I’ll get on it now”! I feel like they care about me being knowledgeable of what I’m paying for and that means a lot to me."

Tracy was very efficient and kind, and her response to our inquiries was always timely and thorough. We learned a lot about insurance since she was also very patient to educate us along the way. We never felt pressured to make decisions on the spot. She understood and respected our needs. We ended up not switching to State Farm from our current agent, but we will definitely contact her if our arrangement changes in the future."
